Hey girls and boys,


Hope you all are being amazingly strong today!

I am currently wrapping up day two of my Master Cleanse detox fast... Anyone else on a fast today? What day are you on?

I'm not hungry at all, but I DO have this strange urge to completely sabotage myself? Weird.

I also have not had a cigarette before I started the cleanse cuz what is the point of putting more chemicals in when you are trying to get them out?

Well I was wondering what kind of vitamin pill's are great?
I heard Green Tea pill's are pretty good? Where can I buy them from?
Also I will be fasting quite alot now, and Im really scared that my hair is going to fall out. I really don't want it to coz I love my hair to bits. What vitamin's do you suggest? Stay Strong

How is everyone? Well I was just wondering, I have always worked out but recently stopped because I have slacked off quite abit. Well Im starting again tomorrow, my work-out is 300 sit-ups, 300 star jumps, some leg movement (which I don't know what its called lol) and some weight lifting. How long before I see results on the work-out?

I was wondering if anyone has heard about Sunshine Fat-Less Slim Tea or one like it? Does it help you lose weight because it says on the packet may aid weight loss by helping to normalize metabolic function etc...it also acts like a laxative. Hey girlies,

Well I have slacked off quite abit this week which I totally hate when Im not in total control. But next week will be def better for me. Im going on a diet how many calories a day is it the best to lose weight?. Also I have been working out but just in my room.. what is a really good work out to do in your room?. So far I have been doing 300 sit-ups sometimes 600 sit-ups and 150 weights. And Im going on a fast soon what do you girlies usually have to eat afterwards to not gain the weight you lost?

Hello ladies!

Anyways this entry is about a fast i want to start. I recently messed up my fast and yeah. So i was down to 155 and then i weighed today and i weigh 160 Ive been floating between 155-160 for the past month. Its driving me mad. But i know in the morning i will most likely be 158.

Those who want to join the Fast, Comment here please! i need you girls to keep me motivated.
During the fast you are allowed one piece of fruit*a day*. Like one apple. Or one Mango. The fast will start tomorrow morning 8/25 at 7:00AM and it will end on 8/30 at 7:00 am.

so, hi.
i just created this journal for dieting purposes.
i am trying to restart my fast. last time it lasted for a total of 4 days and i lost about 7 pounds in that time. then i binged like a mad-woman and gained all of it back and then some. school starts in 13 days and i would like to lose some weight. therefore, i have a 13 day fast ahead of me.
anyone want to fast with me?

I'm attempting my first semi-not really-long term fast (one week) and I was wondering how you guys have dealt with being dizzy and stuff like that? The longest I've managed to fast before is two days and during the second day I was very dizzy. Does that subside or does it get worse? I have a job and am worried that if I get too dizzy it may get in the way of that. I'm a waitress at an understaffed and really busy restaurant so being really dizzy and woozy might be an issue.

i was just wondering, i hear people say all the time "steph you can starve yourself all you want but as soon as you eat again you'll just gain it back" so ... is there certain stuff you guys eat when you get off a fast to stop gaining the weight back? any help SUPER appreciated, my 3 day liquid fast starts tonight at midnight :D
